The Premium Pack is a combination of the Basic Pack + Advanced Pack + Gold Pack + Premium Pack.

A stock module is developed as part of the Premium Pack to help the merchant keep track of stocks of products available online. A robust back-end system allows the administrator to check the stock of a product and update accordingly. The feature also includes automated emails that are sent out to the administrator when a product reaches critical stock status.

The Complaint Tracking System lets registered users to logon to the store and make an online complaint. The administrator of the store can post answers to the queries posted.The administrator has complete control of the queries posted such as closing a particular complaint thread at any point. Automatic emails are sent to the user and the administrator when a posting has been made.

	The Advanced Pack contains Product Categories and Sub Categories for ease of product categorization and navigation. The administrator will have a back-end control to "Add a new category" along with "Deleting" and "Editing" an existing category in real-time. The entire process is as simple as "click and type" and can be managed by a non-technical person.

	Add / Delete / Edit Products
	The admin for the site can Add / Delete or Edit existing product details such as product description, price & product image in the product categories in real time, by using a robust back-end content management system.

	Order Tracking
	Order Tracking is a feature, which is a part of the user's account. A registered user can at anytime login to his account and track his order details by simply entering his "Order Number". The Order Number is a unique number that gets generated during a purchase. The user can track details such as date of delivery and mode of delivery.

	Custom Email Invoices
	All emails that users receive from the store will be custom designed so as to embody the brand value of the merchant brand. These emails will be designed use the merchant brand identity and colors thus making them visually uniform and pleasing.

	User Registration
